• responsabilidades chave Manage and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closings of the entity and its subsidiaries including reporting process to group controlling and other stakeholders;
  Financial Reporting: responsible for management and financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, supporting the statutory close and external audit, forecasting, variance analysis, and tracking of industry trends;
  Budgeting and Forecasting;
  Data Analytics: Monitor operational KPI, strategic initiatives and the financial performance of the business line. Provide financial and operational analysis and recommendations to the management. Support the development of strategies for new and existing technologies to achieve efficiencies and productivity;
  Own Initiatives & Innovation: Seek new ways of further developing an industry-leading organization where entrepreneurial spirit and ownership are key;
  Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the client's procedure.
• competências More than 3 years of relevant business control, financial planning, and forecasting experience. Experience in big 4 is valued.
  University degree or equivalent in economics or finance;
  Experience in controlling preferred;
  Experience in commercial reporting & analysis;
  Excellent analytical- and conceptual skills as well as high focus on the quality of deliverables;
  Strong presentation skills and ability to present complex concepts in laymans or simple terms;
  Highly conscientious approach and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing and ambiguous environment;
  Capable to voice your opinion and to take an unpopular stand;
  Demonstrates assertiveness and willingness to co-drive the business and dare to challenge the status quo;
  Self-motivated, critical-thinking, enthusiastic, and determined;
  Fluent command of English;
  French language skills would be a strong asset.
